Aurial

People always ask me about how I have been scoring songs,as far as Keyboard (Organ) is concern. I answered that every instrument has his/her way of scoring songs.
You can't do away with the aurial.
Aurial is the ability to know, for instance the chords,intro etc played in a song.
Before you aurial shapens unless your musical ears is well developed.
  How do I get my ears musically developed?

• listen to music frequently and notice the style
• Rehearsal
• Learn from those who are ahead of you.
